Author Topic: Jeetlor's Master Server spam  (Read 40932 times)

Nice, if this happens to my server, I am going to shut it down saying "stupid hackers, your gonna get me revoked!!"

But it wasn't speciman 6 someone is taking people names and spamming the master server with that name.
I know. That's why I went to his server to try and get him to shut it down so it didn't happen anymore.

Now that its pretty clear that we werent hacking, is there a possiblity of being unrevoked?

i was on a specimen 6's server when the console was hacked ! all of a sudden the console started talking to us AND serveral minutes later the skybox was glitchy
same happened to my server.

If you saved on a server that's currently being exploited (assuming it's Support_Rendermen), would you be able to see what event is causing all this?

No, if you use the exploit it should, unless you do it specifically, set some random event on the last wrenched brick of yours.
If you see a brick with like 7 setcolor events, however, the brick owner may be the exploiter.
The eval is separate from the eventing part, however.

I don't think it's an event causing it
it's a server command that the client uses to add events to bricks, but the addon overrides it and uses eval needlessly and unprotectedly

Thankyou badspot for unrevoking me.

Kohoutek, upload a console.log so we can see it. It can help us identify who did it.

ah yeah i'm looking at the code again, it's not an event
