all the other forums seem really strict and the moderators treat them like hugboxes

here, you are basically free to say whatever you want without fear of being banned, as long as you don't go over the top
not only is this good for discussion, but it also allows for the hilarity everyone on this forum knows and loves

and this layout is way less confusing. i can't stand the layout of 4chan or most other forums. on 4chan it feels like a mess and on other forums it looks gaudy with all the signatures and random information displayed by user's names

the only other forum i browse is paradoxplaza and they're strict about sometimes (like the swastika) but i guess that's it

This forum changed me, Literally lol.

I used to be a little awkward and not so social. When I discovered blockland I was just playing alone until I saw someone mention "Blockland Forums". From there on I just lurked around and learned the ways of the forum. Then I joined and contributed. Then in real life, I learned how to be* more smart in my conversations and such and improved my humor and social skills.

Honestly I wouldn't be the person I am today if it werent for the forums :).
