Most people don't have tinnitus to any extent. Have you been diagnosed and/or seen a doctor about it? It's not good to develop it so young. Is it from an injury to the head/ears or from being around loud noises regularly?

I don't really know, I was getting it checked out soon
Also, wikipedia says about 3% - 10% of anyone under the age of 18 have tinnitus.
