it's not too wide, it has all the mandatory signal lights and headlamps, and has rubberized tracks, as well as periscopes to look out of, and only weighs 6.3~ tons without being fully loaded (your average semi-truck is 9 with a trailer). with some modern engine replacements it'll also easily make 100 km/h

at least in Canada, it can be and probably is legal.

idk about canada but there's a lot more to it than that for states in the us
does it have seat belts? high and low beams? emission control?
it definitely does NOT have a windshield or wipers for it
probably not a horn either
