Okay so i was just playing some blockland then i turned it off mkay? Then when i went to go back on it wouldn't start mkay? So i put it on steam same crap happened after one try in game it just shut off and wouldn't turn on mkay? I have a mac if that makes a difference and no addons mkay?
And im serious the help section does not help worth stuff.....mkay?

Have you tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it? Or maybe even verifying the integrity of the game cache.

This literally happened to me not too long ago. Steam thought I had never left and wouldn't let me launch, send friend me a game invite and it magically worked again.
