Moltenkitten, its still a blockland creation. It doesn't need to be submitted to be something to be a blockland creation.
You know those houses people build? They don't the save to people who want it. They are showing off their blockland creation, not a released add-on, or anything like that. If this was released, this thread would be in the Add-Ons board.

Regardless there is a thread for things like these if it doesn't get further than the model, and a board if it does. Since this wasn't made in blockland so I wouldn't say its a Blockland creation.

OT: 6/10 It's not particularly special and seems like it would be a bit thin for blockland. It would help to see it in a blockheads hand.

and second he can show his gun to anyone if he wants to, since it is in gallery and is a wip blockland project (implying it will be released)
