Just go. Do your normal thing there. If she follows you around, ignore her, completely. If she's not into games/game dev then she should just get bored out of her mind while she follows you and you talk about games with other people, and hopefully leave.
If she makes a massive public scene just stay calm and don't get involved. Let whatever security is at the function deal with her.
Just enjoy yourself and make the most of it. Don't let her control your life.
