Get off the computer, phone, tv etc. They all produce blue light which your mind associates with sky, it assumes it is day and decides you need to be awake.

lol sure, maybe for some people.

I'm usually able to get to sleep by doing this:

try watching speedruns, like the half-life serieslike quadrazid

it's exciting in a calm way, until you fall asleep
