what's the inside scoop on what goes into the meat?
Employees don't get to know this, unless they work in the factory. Fresh off the grill there's a bunch of red stuff and it's really gummy and can fall apart easily. As it 'settles in' a bit it loses this quality. Or if you cook it a little too much. I'm guessing this is just the meat coming out rare, but it's way grosser in person.
How long, on average, would said "food" sit around until you sold it?
Between 11AM and 1PM, it's fine. After that, alway request fresh meat until 6. After 6, once again, request fresh meat. Or if you walk in and find it's busy, don't bother asking for it fresh, it's guaranteed to be fresh anyway.

Anything over $50 requires a manager to input their little number thing so you can continue ordering. 6 Happy Meals, 2 Big Mac Bundle Boxes, practically half the menu definitely went way over that for me.

5 pounds. I've since cut back and I'm back to 145, which is borderline underweight for my height.

At first. Daily face washing, along with washing immediately after work helps.

Why are your burgers nearly 60% bread, There is more bread than meat or anything else
The buns are crazy cheap. A manager I'm close friends with told me each bun(top and bottom) is worth like 5 cents. So they probably just make the sandwich mostly bun for cost effectiveness. Our Sirlion burgers seem to actually be more meat than anything else, finally.

The Grilled Chicken smells like mold if it sits in there too long. One of managers told me it was fine when I expressed my concern for it. Me and another manager threw it away anyway. It was a solid dark yellow, and not the appetizing yellow.
