Because Walmart needs an actual reason for people to even come by their store.

have you ever had to pull someone out of the dressing rooms/bathrooms for getting head or something?

I wonder how embarrassing it is to tell someone that you bought your guns at Wal-Mart.

Very.

"Hey, Where'd you get your hunting rifle?"

"Oh you know, the local Walmart."

There are hundreds of stores that can provide those, but I guess you can't get those low prices™ anywhere else and save 10¢ on that one t-shirt!

if you're giving head in a walmart bathroom thats pretty low, i mean really, give it them in the parking lot in your car, at least it doesn't sound so shameful then. but no.

This is true, my uncle found $70 worth of change in his dresser. Small bits do add up.
