you seem to not play the game then. that only happens when you're not in gameplay, and instead exploring the neighborhoods (mainly ttc) in a populated district.
i do play the game, i have one high toon and I'm working on a low toon. i don't expect people to play the game for the main quest only, populated districts means more racing and I have to walk past the entire crowd of stuffheads to get there.
don't forget the A++ fanfiction and the fanart that is so horridly inaccurate to the game you usually have to classify it as furry art instead of toontown art
