I thought it was the sugarless variant of gummy bears?
The replacement they use for sugar is a laxative.
I've told this story a few times, but at one point I ate roughly a pound and a half of nothing but gummy bears one day on an empty stomach. I had some terrible gas afterwards, and when I got up to go it was straight liquid. I assumed that the gelatin or whatever they use turned to liquid in my intestines and just kinda went through after that. My point is that sugared ones definitely turn to liquid, although I've yet to have access to so many sugar free ones yet.
They might actually have similar effects with both types if the unsugared ones are laxatives, just for different reasons.
But I don't want them taking all my crap
