This message pops up whenever I try and launch my non-steam blockland

I can't get an image because my image capture program is freaking out.
But when I try and launch non-steam blockland this stuff pops up:

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvoglnt.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
Now this is really annoying because it WILL NOT go away after it pops up because whenever I exit it or click OK it pops back up again. I tried opening task manager but it just crashes.
Why the hell is it doing this all of the sudden. I know I can have both a steam version and a non-steam version because I have done it before.
