Author Topic: Can't connect to certain servers  (Read 1764 times)

I wanted to join Tezuni's servers, but it won't seem to work. There is no ping and other people seem to be joining just fine.

If you want to ask any questions in order to find out a solution, go ahead.

Post console.log of you trying to join a server that other people can join, like you know, Tezuni's...

How in the world do i do that

try joining a server
close blockland
upload the file
it's in your blockland folder

Try re-freshing the servers. Perhaps that'll help. idk

Already tried that many times.

First of all, Zapk's City RPG is giving you quite a few errors, I would recommend getting rid of them before Blockland starts doing even more wonky things

I'm not sure what Script_rtbInGame does, but you can already access the RTB overlay in-game.

On the networking side of things I would check your firewall and make sure Blockland is allowed for both private AND public networks, you might even wanna try temporarily disabling your main anti-virus or any programs like zone alarm, as they can block connections to server hosted by VPN's such as Boss Battles and Tez's servers

If you don't mind me asking, what OS are you running? I see your running Enterprise Edition of the Vista Kernel; but this could be Vista, 7, 8, or even 10

Well I'm using a MacBook Pro that has window 8.1 enterprise. This is temporary because I'm on vacation and I can't bring my PC.

Hit us back up when you have a secure connection and let us know if the issue replicates. Peace

I have changed from private settings to public, and got rid of Zapk's add-on. Still doesn't work. I also tried disabling my anti-virus software, but that failed too.

This is definitely your router not sending outgoing connections.

Receiving incoming connections* somehow got that backwards
