DOF Screenshot Issues

Every time I take a screenshot with DOF, the screen starts shaking and the picture turns out blurry. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

the DoF screenshot is made by taking many screenshots from slightly offset positions (the screen shaking is the many offset positions) and compiles them into one image that blurs things that are out of focus, to give it a Depth of Field, as the name suggests
it's blurry because you're  doing it wrong, you need to practice how to get what you want in focus
