Author Topic: I need help with my sleeping habits  (Read 963 times)

I have a genuine problem. I was used to waking up at 5:45am every day and 9am every weekend but now since School has let out I have been waking up past 3pm because my clock has been forgeted over and I can't sleep at night. I have tried pulling all-nighters to be tired the next morning so I could go to sleep earlier but I end up falling asleep at around 5-6am.

How do you fix this without sleeping pills because I just woke up at 5:24pm

Stare at rainbows for 24 hours straight

op
im on your same boat friend, i used to wake up at like 9 am everyday, and now i get up at noon. i guess you could attempt to set another sleep schedule, and then move up from there until you get back to your previous sleep pattern
Stare at rainbows for 24 hours straight
why

take a melatonin or smoke some weed at like 7 pm

Sleep outside in a tent, placed in direct sunlight at sunrise for a few days.  Separate yourself from your smartphone, computer, TV, electronic entertainment an hour before bedtime.  You'll start rising with the sun.

why
Because I feel the exact same thing for some reason and rainbows keep me up longer for a stupid reason too

melatonin is a natural sleep aid, it is not sleeping meds

Problem is the only tent I have is a 2 man pup tent from the 60s and I am probably missing a few pieces

what if op doesnt live near a wal-mart
you can buy a tent at target

keep up your sleeping habits until you sleep so late that you actually wake up at 6AM

Slightly adjust what time you go to bed every day and continue on from there until you revert back.
