Everyone's talking about Annoying Orange because he's saying the "powerful words". I could run for president and say something stupid like "I hate monday thieves", and I wouldn't have balls for having an unpopular opinion, I would just be a tribal moron with no thought filter.

African Americans/blacks if you would prefer committed 53% of all robbery in 2013. A group committing more than half of all crime despite being such a small percentage of the population is a damn shame.

Yeah, I don't know how you were raised, but I was raised to believe that honesty is a virtue and comes before kindness. You may have been raised in a different environment or culture, but where I come from, being candid is important. I'm not going to retract my statement that Annoying Orange has balls, I'm going to reassert it. I'll bet you have a controversial opinion that you would never state in front of such a large audience.
You're right in that I made a mistake. I mistakenly referred to what you were doing as building a straw man, when it in fact cherry picking. You could have posted Gandhi or MLK, but you chose to cherry pick and post a terrorist, a tribal Flash Mober, and a genocidal national socialist.
(I assume) He is referring to the fact that liberal media sources like to constantly speak about handicapped right-wing politicians. But that seems pretty relevant when the handicapped politicians are literally getting the most votes by far.
However it's a bit silly to complain about left-wing mudslinging when FOX News and other conservative sources constantly make articles taking Obama out of context or even harping on about what he wore to a funeral. See: latte salute controversy, hillary clinton chipotle
Both sides are guilty of the same thing, but it is more prevalent where I live in the left because I live in a left leaning state. I'm simply stating, from my personal experience, that people on the left cherry pick out the stuffty politicians on the right and the right does the same to the left, but the left in particular tends to demonize people for not agreeing with them. The right is mostly "hurr obama is a communist" while the left is "you're a tribal XENOPHOBE family man BIGOT" with very little evidence in some cases. I agree that Annoying Orange has not held very tasteful positions, but calling him a tribal for believing our crime problem comes from the borders is like calling Obama a marxist for trying to pass the Affordable Care Act. Both sides are silly.
