i got error 0x80070002 when I tried to update the graphics drivers

I've disabled windows update and installed the drivers

how do i stop this from happening:

basically, the firefox seen unopen is the pinned taskbar icon
i click it, and it just loving opens another taskbar icon and its annoying af
it also happens with skype for some reason

this happens to me whenever Opera updates. Just unpin the first one and pin the new one.

Yeah for some reason at some point Win8 updates stopped working for me
Like it would always say "We couldn't complete the updates" after the restart

My everything is still in-tact

The only things that needed to be fixed up was some PC settings like touch pad related settings, what files open up with what program, notepad settings

So far all of my files are still here and Chrome still has it's save data and junk
