It's not showing up for me. I signed up for it on almost day one and can't download it. It does say they are releasing it in waves though, and my computer is up to date.

okay, so for people who want the update now, do this:

open elevated command prompt, type this in: wuauclt.exe/updatenow

it should instantly start downloading windows 10 for you
