To be fair though, you should start adding the entire statement whenever that picture is posted. It's cut off at a point where it hides the reasons they'd do it. Nobody gets a fair opinion on it when they can't see that they only do it for court orders or fraud protection.

As I've said they've weasel-worded their way to being able to use it whenever they want, it's really not dishonest unless you really trust MS to not use the legal power they've given themselves.

We won't ever know for sure unfortunately :( I'm certain that they won't responsibly disclose when they share peoples data. It would only get exposed if someone was directly affected by it.

right click shortcut or find the .exe for it then properties -> compatibility -> disable scaling
