A few days ago, my parents finally decided to get a dog since my moms friend's son's dog had just had a litter of puppies. My mom and sister went to pick one out and brought her home yesterday. Her name is Penny, she's a black lab, 8 weeks old, and adorable! She's even getting along with our cats for now, despite one of them hating dogs. But yeah, we've never had a dog before so this is pretty exciting!
