WHAT IS THE DEEP WEB?

The Deepweb is basically a secret internet, now most of you have probably heard of it, but for those who havent, here you go.

the deep web is a service where you can purchase illegal comodities, watch real blood and gore, rape, buy drugs and firearms, hire HITMEN, and basically learn how to do illegal stuff like cook meth, kill a man, kidnap people, etc

Also, there are deep web search engines, does that mean any page indexed by them technically isn't in the deep web?

Most of the Hitmen services are actually stings or scams. Further, the Deep Web is a loving horrible place to go to. One of my (former) friends on the PSN got caught trying to buy drugs via it.
