Cortana is an AI that doesn't physically exist. Her model was created by somebody, so it would make no loving sense for her to have "realistic body proportion for a womyns". Jade is a martial artist in loving Mortal Kombat. Her exercise routine is probably more rigorous than 90% of the loving country's.
The last one could make sense but making characters fat to fit the author's body image so they can feel better about themselves is really loving shallow.
