Those are just forum sections, which are easy to add

A better example is the addition of the Blockland ID on the profile page, Badspot seems to be able to edit the profile page to some extent, so he might be able to edit the contact information

MSN was the most used with things like Windows Live Messenger

I think Trillian was a common-ish program for chatting with your AOL or Yahoo email
