yes this and then attach rocket boosters to the bottom of your blockhead feet.

import the blockhead model into pepakura and generate some paper/cardstock fold files. It should be able to do the hands easy and you can do the folds on cardboard via instruction

For real, the Beta Player model might be the best thing to base the costume off of.

Mostly because of the connected arms and legs.
