WE'VE GOT TO HAVE
M O N E Y

4 games, 1 movie, all within a year. All for a cheap jump scare game. Wow. How could we have allowed this?

Each game has like, a fraction of the content a normal game does? It's not like Activision pumped out four Call of Dutys in a single year, it's a bunch of small, <$10 games, it's not the end of the loving world. Besides, FNAF was the first time Scott has actually made a game that's successful (and also was going to be the last game he made before he gave up on making games if it wasn't), I don't blame him for making sequels.

And Hollywood will honestly make a movie about anything that's remotely popular. And when I say anything, I mean anything.

Seriously though. He could have AT LEAST paced himself.

In my opinion, it isn't a cheap jumpscare game.
The jumpscare only happens if you lose.

guys

this means

final fredasy

Guys the creator of FNAF has nothing to do with the movie, and scott is sick of people attacking a game because of its success.

and

if you make a game that I could make in literally a day in scratch then you're not making yourself a genius, you're making yourself a 15 yr old with a marketing department

Bump

There's the chance this could turn out okay you know. I mean, its by the director of poltergeist. If he takes the mere concept and makes something original out of it, ignoring the bullstuff fan theories, this could actually be a pretty good horror movie. No matter what though, it'll be slammed by critics for being essentially a cash cow.
