My dad has just about had it with Sprint. His company had a business deal with him but the quality of their services, both at work and at home, have been degrading so much over the last 2-3 years.
2 weeks ago, after being told by Sprint that they don't know what a modem is, my dad finally snapped. I don't know when we're going to switch to Verizon, but we more than likely are. Any tips on what I should do?
