$233 to have an internal power distributor diagnosed as the issue, replaced, installed, and with 2 years of future service on an unlimited number of PCs is not a bad deal. I honestly expected that Bestbuy would be capable of installing a piece of hardware.

500w Powersupply is $50 and for a computer like the one you described it could of probably even been cheaper maybe even a $30 power supply.

Geeksquad fixes a lightbulb: the lightbulb works for two days but they planted a timed explosive in it to go off in 2 days.

This is the only thing that really makes people listen. My mother worked as a grand juror, and talking to different government offices was useless. They got things done by making it a scandal in the city news.
