Author Topic: windstream sucks richard or something  (Read 1115 times)

seriously forget this isp it's loving stuff
my ping is constantly in the 120-200 range
does anyone have any suggestions for better stuff in texas

I thought windstream was a user and this was a forum Self Delete.

Don't do that, Ragequit. We need your random acts of anger in the BLF.

Is there Verizon in Texas?

Their internet is good but their customer service is stuff, and aside from that their mobile service is stuff, but their tv and home phone service is good.

Stay the hell away from AT&T's Uverse Internet though, its a hellspawn of lag.

Did anyone else read the title as "WIndstream sucks own richard or something"?

Also, you shouldn't complain about 120-200 rang ping.

What thats an absurd ping, I like to have my 1-10 ping(I heard 0 ping is not possible).

Really? The lowest I ever saw was 280ms.

Wouldn't it be possible if you were directly connected to the server?

well ping = time when packet was received - time when packet was sent
if ping = 0 then that means there was literally no time, at all, between when something was sent and received, which is physically impossible

my ping used to be in the 60-70s until the past few weeks by the way
is there a way to explain this

No, it would never display 0. Even in the own system. There is always some delay.

Yeah that's what I thought.

jesus christ that must be torture

No, pretty smooth if you ask me.

do not ever go with at&t u-verse. they had to come over 5 times to fix a problem with their line that still hasn't been fixed.
