STARVE YOURSELF AND START RUNNING

No literally one time when I was in middle school my parents bought me an XboX and I was so addicted to it that I stopped snacking and I ran regularly and lost 20 pounds in 3 months
why did you use the word literally in that sentence, just curious.

I like hodot's method.

"just run a lap a day, one lap, around a track or something at your local high school"

also my method: just ride a bike through the neighborhood on top gear as fast as possible for an hour or so

it's fun

i'm just gonna lift weights and eat just enough to keep myself from dying

also, if you want inspiration, read "Education of a Bodybuilder" by Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's a really good book.

start with a jog around your neighborhood every morning.
diet is MASSIVELY important, so if you're actually trying to gain muscle you'll probably want to work on that too. you can't be eating stuff like chips and whatever all the time. soda is terrible too. drink water and milk.
do a few sets of pushups each day. start off with doing as many as you can, (hopefully at least like 10? 15? idk)
also if you're interested in abs (which personally i dont care about that much because literally all they do for you is make you look good) then just do situps each day and whatnot

then eventually you can begin doing a real workout plan, with each day consisting of a different thing you want to workout. arms, chest, legs, (yes, legs) all that good stuff.

but remember, diet is IMPORTANT. work on that first.

i too am fat and out of shape minus the fat part

track does wonders, start running now so you'll be in shape for track and then you'll be in even more shape
