Personally, for my exercise routine I just go lane swimming. It seemed to exercise every single muscle in my body and leave me wiped out after only a few laps. I might just be not that in shape, but I certainly don't look fat.

Take Martial Arts lessons. It'll get you fit really quick.

If you can only do a few laps before feeling tired you definitely need to get stronger and work on your form.

take a dagger and put it in your abdomen about 6 or 7 inches deep. move it from the left to right of abdomen. this will burn a lot of fat in the tummy area. then a samurai will decapitate you, but don't you fret, this will make you lose some weight, if you need it. if you think your body weight is right enough, just do the first steps.

Have a glass of water or milk with meals instead of sugary stuff.

Eat until you are content, not until you are full. This takes a while to get used to but after a while you good man.

I was thinking about taking swim lessons because all I remember is freestyle, and I always seem to go slower and choppier. I think you're right.
