"Connection Accepted"

When I try joining my dedicated server, it says, "Connection Accepted" at the loading screen, and I can move my mouse but not anything else!

Might do something, might do nothing.

You could also try the whole, add-on enabling disabling thing to see if it's one of your add-ons.

Fixed it. All I needed to do was verify the integrity of game cache via steam library.
