So one day i was at school, and this girl who i knew well, her name wont be mentioned, was suspended, why? For hitting a kid who shoved her hand down his pants.

basically, here is the story

she must have been walking through the hall, and then the kid just grabbed her hand and shoved it down his pants (now this girl is bigger{taller} than the other kid) and when this happened, she slapped him, hard in the face, now, thats self defence, wht the kid did was basically rape, the girl was suspened forcing her to move, and the boy? well, he got off right away, he was let free, no punishment!

My school is a loving stupid place

Yeah, screw the public school system. My district has this bs where if a kid hits you, they get suspended 1 day, but if you hit back in self defense, you get suspended 3 days.

The kid who shoved his hand down her pants should've got suspended on the spot.

he's 13 and goin to 8th grade (was in 7th obviously)

That would get you suspended again and it would be somewhat justifiable that time.
