Not at all, nothing really supports it and it tends to be a pain in the ass. If you want to get it for the sake of getting it then go for it. Right now its basically so you can say "Hey, I have oculus rift!"

Do any arma game. Im pretty sure they all have independent head movement that you can configure to the oculus rift, at least 2 and 3 do.
