I get that resolution on my game without that add-on.
Either way, if you don't get that resolution, get the add-on and set it to the same resolution as your monitor.

if you have a 1366x768 monitor, 1366x768 will only show up if you tick the Fullscreen option

this is still happening also the reason I'm not on my native resolution is because of fps issues so I play on 1024x600 instead, but i hate how it does this. Also I play on fullscreen

There are black bars on the side because the resolution you set the game to is lower than your monitor's resolution so it doesn't fill the entire screen.
I suggest playing in windowed mode.

Windows 10, Don't get it yet, It causes problems.
