Do I have to buy the game again?

It's been 4 years since I played Blockland. I saw it on steam and wanna give it a go again. Is there a way I can download it without buying it again? Thanks

if you still have your key, you can use that in the standalone launcher from http://blockland.us/Download.html
if you wish to convert your key to steam (and be able to use BOTH the standalone launcher and launch from steam), go to https://blockland.us/steam-redeem.php
if you use both steam and the launcher, they will have different filepaths for addons/saves/screenshots/everything

 If you attached your purchase to your e-mail you can recover a key. You can also convert that key from the old launcher to the steam version and have both (highly recommended, you can move your add-ons to the steam client and you don't have to windows key or the alternatives if you have Steam open.)
