My desktop wallpaper keeps changing to random stuff for no goddamn reason

It keeps changing somehow.
First it was some anime girl from date a live, than it changed to some csgo thing, and now its this

I have never even seen this picture in my enitre life. and I dont even have it on my pc.
What the hell is going on? is this a windows 10 bug?

I don't even have thet picture saved, how can I set a wallpaper cycle with a saved picture.

I checked at advanced. Apperently its a synced theme. I dont recall syncing stuff with anyone
Mayb its my old computer I gave to a friend wich still uses the same user and that stuff is syncing.

Manually set your wallpaper to the preferred image, it should stop the cycling.
