Driver's Test Today

Hello blogland, I'm taking my driver's test this afternoon and getting my lisence. Tell me what to do and not to do. I know you guys love these threads.

The only part I might suck at is parallel parking. I practiced it yesterday but I'm kinda nervous about how I'll do during my test. Wish me luck!

Just remember: It's not as scary/hard as you think it is. I never practiced parallel parking and got it right on the first try. Just remember to use your signal light when doing it, though.

My brother did it in our 12-passenger full-sized van so I'm not too worried about space. I'm more concerned with not being close enough to the curb

Keep the bumper of the front car in line with the headrests of the back seat. Turn right all the way. Put reverse and depress the clutch half-way until you can see the entire front of the back car in your mirror. Press the clutch and the brake. Turn left all the way. Depress the clutch half-way until you're in. Put first and line up your car.

It's much more dangerous going from manual to automatic. I almost destroyed the back of my truck by forgetting it was automatic and using the brake as a clutch.
