My mom has decided to get me some melatonin. I think it's working quite well in tandem with the flux thing.

Melatonin helps.
Also if you're really, really having trouble it's sometimes best to actually get up and wander about a bit (just do something that doesn't involve a screen) and then you'll feel more tired.
