and people say the us's government is stupid
Really dude? This was the last straw.
I think I'll confound my critics by devoting this letter not to describing sick nabobs of moral relativism in general but Ragequit in particular. Although what I'm about to say may create some discomfort for many unprofessional goofballs and blasphemous creeps (especially the imprudent type), the fact remains that Ragequit's view is that freedom must be abolished in order for people to be more secure and comfortable. If Ragequit's froward lickspittles had any moral or intellectual training, such a position would really be rendered revolting to their better feelings. All such combinations of audacity with ignorance would be supremely ridiculous but for one consideration: He just reported that students should be molded into “change agents” to promote his nocuous agenda. Do you think that that's merely sloppy reporting on Ragequit's part? I don't. I think that it's a deliberate attempt to squander irreplaceable national treasures.
Ragequit has recently altered the tone of his manifestos. They're no longer a dirge-like recitation of perpetual victimization but rather a preview of new trends in “resistance” propagandizing. For example, Ragequit has been showcasing his latest techniques for obscuring unpleasant facts, facts such as that I respect open discourse and robust debate and assert that society should remain open to a broad range of ideas and opinions as a way to create the best conditions for discovering the truth. That said, I do contend that deception, flattering, lying, deluding, talking behind the back, putting up a false front, living in borrowed splendor, wearing a mask, hiding behind convention, playing a role for others and for oneself—in short, a continuous fluttering around the solitary flame of vanity—is so much the rule and the law among Ragequit's avaricious fans that I can draw but one conclusion. As you can probably guess, my conclusion is that he posits his missives as anti-Zendicism. In reality, though, they're not anti-Zendicism at all but rather post-Zendicism. That is, they're a step beyond Zendicism in that Ragequit uses them as an excuse to perpetuate misguided and questionable notions of other acerbic pseudo-intellectuals' intentions.
It doesn't really matter why Ragequit wants to create a desolation and call it peace. Whether it's due to a misplaced faith in miserabilism, bribes paid to Ragequit by abrasive personæ non gratæ, or nagging from some of the crazy, ghastly smear merchants in his separatism outfit, the fact remains that that's what Ragequit wants. What I want, in contrast, is to notify you that if he had done his homework, he'd know that most of you reading this letter have your hearts in the right place. Now follow your hearts with actions.
Some of Ragequit's lackeys have privately reassured me that Ragequit isn't as sadistic as he sounds. Rather, they feel, Ragequit is just playing the cards that he thinks he needs to. I don't buy that excuse. Ragequit may have started as non-sadistic, but he's now totally invested in inspiring a recrudescence of self-absorbed fatuity. Consider, for example, how Ragequit thinks that “the norm” shouldn't have to worry about how the exceptions feel. Come on, Ragequit; show some common sense for a change.
It may seem obvious, but the word “honesty” does not exist in Ragequit's vocabulary. I'm not saying that facetiously; as people who know me indubitably realize, I always mean what I say and say what I mean. They also realize that Ragequit ought to realize that the most valuable of all talents is that of never using two words when one will do. Unfortunately, he tends to utter so much verbiage about lexiphanicism that I can conclude only that Ragequit's mind has limited horizons. It is confined to the immediate and simplistic with the inevitable consequence that everything is made bbrown town and basic and is then leveled down until it is deprived of all spiritual life.
