Aliased Re-sizing

Hi, I wanted to re-size this to 62 x 75px



But when I do so, it uses anti-aliasing, making the pixel art look less sharp. Is there a way to stop this, or could someone do it for me?

each "pixel" in the picture is 5 pixels²

your only way to keep the aliasing will be to resize it within those increments

actually the pattern is kinda screwed up

i can just probably re-create it
