Amazon stole my money!

Yesterday i bought some gear for airsoft war and when i pressed buy now it took £72.85 out of my bank and in my email i get a message from amazon and it comes up with "Payment revision needed" about 10 mins later saying the order has been declined! So i contact Amazon and they say my bank is declining it and that i should go and phone my bank. So i phone my bank and ask are they declining the payment from Amazon and they say no so i look and my bank has £72.85 missing from my money so i contact amazon again and they tell me the same thing to contact my bank and i said to them "I phoned my bank and they say they are not declining any charge from Amazon"

Please can somebody help me on what i could say to amazon and if i will get my money back
