Sounds interesting, but I don't have enough bricks of similar colour to do it.
Colour theory is everything to me in LEGO building now, because it looks neater if it's both functional and the colour scheme matches.

Put some support on the bottom of the bottle. Make a hole in a cork and put an inflator's hose end in it, tightly so it doesn't come off. Fill the bottle with 1.25L of water and just pump air until the cork can't take it anymore, making the bottle fly high into the sky.
