If your really broken about it just let her go and don't even be her friend because while girls think that being friends is easy if you really liked her it will be very hard to not involve your feelings in the friendship, Just cut all ties with her it will let you forget and btw when a girl says that she doesn't want a relationship it means she doesn't want one with you because to be honest that's the biggest BS I've heard and has happened to me on multiple times. if you do cut ties and she comes back then that's your choice but its the best way, date people that stick with you and she doesn't seem like one too if shes jumping the gun that quick.

EDIT: the reason I feel like she may want a relationship in the future is that when we were talking on the phone about it I mentioned something about just not trying to go after her ever again because its hopeless but then she began insisting that I shouldn't just give up on it all and that the chance is still there.
