All slender was is you wander the woods with a flashlight gathering items. It's like GTA where they are robbing banks, stealing cars, and killing cops. Heck I know of all sorts of kids who play GTA. You are still a kid yourself considering the fact you are 15 and I sure you have played plenty of games that were considered to be extremely violent and you are still talking to us which means you probably haven't killed or tried to kill someone. Which probably means the problem is not the game itself.

There was nothing in the game Slender (basically a delayed jump-scare) to lead any rational person (even a 12 year old) to assume that murdering a person would grant them rewards from a fictional character or to act upon such an idea.

If anything it was stuffty creepypastas that gave them the idea (if anything spefically did), not the game.

i don't know if someone has already said it, but just for clarification:
the reason they're being tried as adults is because of how premeditated it was. the girls planned their attack for about six months. this wasn't a spur of the moment stabbing.
i think it's good they're being contested in an adult court, but i don't want them to be convicted for the full 65 years either. i don't really know what my stance is here. i feel like 5 years in juvy won't teach them that stabbing people and believing is stories is bad, but a 65 year jail sentence will take their whole life away.
