I spend most of my time watching the console as BL starts up because it takes forever and I need to make sure nothing happens. When this appears at the end, I got suspicious because 1. I didnt get any new addons recently. And 2. I never see this execute in the console on startup.

TBH it looks like website setup code. Like HTML

Basically it's just echoing what the HTTPObject/TCPObject sees when it gets lines from whatever it connected to.

That's because it is HTML. And JavaScript. Blockland can run neither.

because rationally

malicious programs must write their code to the console

otherwise it is not a real malicious program

No.

What I mean by that is, sometimes random things go wrong while I'm starting. So I usually watch it just in case an add-on fails to execute so I can restart Blockland. I have way too many add-ons tbh.

You should remove Client_Viridan_RPG. For whatever reason, the add-on causes random client mods to be skipped.

This, I had issues getting some of my private mods to work and I thought it was cause I scripted them wrong.
