Since last week, my sister had a pretty bad cold that made her go full pale. She's completely fine now, but I believe I've caught it, but I've had some weird symptoms.

Sunday: Nothing strange. Was my normal, unhealthy self. Kept a distance from my sister. Went to sleep a bit early, but was still awake by 1AM. Eventually had a 2 hour nap.
Monday: Woke up with a really sore throat and blocked nose. Threw up violently after brushing my teeth. Started taking Demizen (cold medicine). Started coughing a bit. Went to sleep early; slept for 4 hours and woke up. Had a strepsil and got another 4 hours of sleep.
Tuesday: Internally I felt a lot better, but everybody else said I was coughing a lot more (and the coughs were far more chesty), had a really washed-out apperance and using a lot more tissues. Got some exercise and felt alright after that. Tried to go to sleep early again; after 5 hours of non-sleep, I went to the lounge. Had another strepsil, this time threw up violently again after completing it. Decided not to go to be and stay up.
Wednesday: Internally feel okay aside from a blocked nose and my regular chesty coughs. Have not taken Demizen as it has exceeded the 48 hour period.

There are no doctors open today in my area, which means I can't get checked or get a doctor's certificate to skip class. I'm okay to go out, so long as I keep warm and stay away from other people to prevent what I have spreading. Still, wondering if this really is a cold given the throwing up?

You have 4 different kinds of cancer and you're mentally ill.

I put your symptoms into google and it says you might have network connectivity problems

Probably not a cold, but a strain of flu given the vomitting, as well as the tiredness.

Are you able to keep down food/drink, or is it just the strepsils and toothpaste that has made you sick?

I'd recommend you don't go to school, even if you don't have a doctors note. You'll probably only end up leaving early and risk spreading it around.
Try and get a doctor's appointment or a call-out when you can. Otherwise try to have plenty of liquids (water, soup, etc, although avoid dairy if you're vomitting as you'll vomit curdled milk), and have plenty of rest.

the only way to be cured is with a series of painful injections

Probably on the right track with this. I've had multiple meals over the past few days so it seems it was just a reaction to the strepsils/toothpaste. Should be noted that before the vomitting for both cases, I had a big coughing fit, so it's possible I triggered something.

Sleep has been the main thing I wanted to talk to the doc about since I've not been getting a lot of it for the past year. I still have a few hours before I make the call on college; given that outsides loving freezing I'll probably stay warm inside. I'll see what I can do about liquids. Thanks for the advice :)

Wash your hands constantly and use hand sanitizer if you go out

i suggest taking Robitussin for the cough.

had a nasty strain of something for over a month and my cough didn't improve until i starting taking that.
