This. If there was a reasonable method for ensuring that they weren't using it to cheat, then sure. But until that major problem is solved, then no.

Wait, you mean each student with his/her own headphones? lol, that is a moronic idea because they're going to use their phones to "listen to music" during the test. I thought you meant music for everyone via speakers.
