If you're concerned go visit your GP, or a school nurse.

Only advice for the meantime is to avoid rubbing or touching it. Give the area around your eye a gentle wash (avoiding getting soap in your eye) and wash your hands. You don't want to further irritate your eye by prodding it and getting dirt in it.
