one router works, one doesn't. (Server limitation problem)

for my router at my house only %25 of my friends on steam can join, when i go to uncle's house. %100 of them can join.

upnp is really buggy, if you want it to work every time you'll have to port-forward

ugh i think the problem is different providers. tried other router works fine too
